Elisa was the absolute most perfect human being. I didn't know what glasses I wanted so I wasn't going to purchase any because I couldn't seem to choose any I liked and she told me I should take advantage of the deal going on since I was ordering contacts and offered to help me pick out some that she thought would look good on me. I ended up choosing some and I'm so happy I did because they look great and I got an amazing deal as well. She is an amazing employee. So sweet, personable, and helpful. My husband will be coming back to purchase glasses and contacts here as well solely because of my experience with her!

Felicia greeted me right away, she offered assistance and let me know where the woman's and men's section was. Felicia also looked up my insurance and finalized my order. She was absolutely wonderful and made the process stress free.

Visited store to get husbands glasses and staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve gone back several times to purchase frames and accessories. Lisa, Ifrah, and Felicia are extremely helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to visit them and be greeted with a friendly smile. Will 100% recommend visiting their store if you are in need of a perfect pair of glasses or contacts and want great customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the Northwoods location !! Lisa and Ifrah spent so much time helping me pick out my glasses . They were very kind and had so much patience with me ( I was very indecisive). I definitely would recommend the store to anyone and will be going back next year when it’s time for glasses again.

Very nice experience. I needed a customized change to my glasses for comfortable arms length computer work. LensCrafters wouldn't do this, but Felicia worked with me to get it done. And the optometrist next door is very good also.

I've used Visionworks for the past 6 years and have always received excellent service, helpful staff and a good selection of frames. Glasses usually are ready for pickup earlier than expected.

At first I was very disappointed. VSP located a Visionworks in Creekside Mall in New Braunfels, Tx. The associate there was poor at explaining my benefits and unable or unwilling to best explaining them to me. Basically, I was quoted $462.00 for a pair of glasses based on my request. I chose to wait and try a different location. I felt taken and treated as an uninformed buyer. I then drove to Visionworks on 18030 US Highway 281N. #250 San Antonio, TX 29232. With all the same Bells & Whistles I wanted and a higher quality frame for a lesser cost ($395.00). The name of the associate is Felicia. She was very personable and took the time to call VSP to get a list of all discount prices I was qualified for. She addressed all the concerns I had and able to answer all my inquiries.
